Our business started 1986 in the mountain town of Trout Creek, Montana when Marla and Al's children Larch, Ellisa and Clancy were wee tots. The family and business grew together, crafting huckleberry products in traditional recipes and practices that honored the wilderness fruit.
We once sold our products at numerous craft and food fairs. Thirty plus years later, it is available through rural gift shops in the pacific northwest and beyond. You can now visit us at our kitchen and gift shop in Post Falls, Idaho...The Huckleberry Thicket.
